How long does it take to construct?

The playhouses generally can be completed in 4 hours by 2 adults.

How many tools do we require?

A hammer, a saw and a crescent spanner.

The treehouse model comes with instructions. The other models are self-explanatory (according to Andrew!).

Are the windows made of glass?

|
Heavy perspex is used for the windows in the children's playhouses. The larger buildings all have conventional glass.

Do they need a concrete base?
Is there any digging necessary?
|
|
All buildings require a level surface, but do not require a concrete pad or any digging. The cottage/sleepouts are built on tanalised bearers. The treehouse sits on the ground.

How do I treat the building?
|
|
Either leave to weather naturally (macrocarpa weathers to a silver/grey shade), or oil with C.D.50 or similar product.
