All prices are in New Zealand Dollars with GST included but excluding freight. Payment methods include cash, cheque or credit card. Other options subject to negotiation.

FREIGHT

Freight is generally paid on a door to door basis. For an indication of freight cost to your area, please contact us - email: kiwibackyard@xtra.co.nz

DELIVERY

Deliveries are made by a nationwide freighting company, or you can choose to arrange your own despatch from our factory. Depending on time of year and stock available at the time of ordering, delivery can usually be made within 2 weeks.

PACKAGING

We ensure all our goods are securely packaged and protected against possible damage during transportation. Bolts and nails are contained in a small wooden box inside the package with a set of instructions where necessary.

PRODUCT QUALITY

We are proud of the high quality of our products and workmanship. Your right as a customer is ultimately protected under the Consumer Guarantee Act 1993.

PAYMENT METHODS

Print out the Order Form and fax or mail it to us. Remember to fill in your credit card details, or enclose a cheque. Your credit card order will not be debited from your account until your order has been dispatched.

ORDER AND ACCEPTANCE

By placing an order, we presume you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. We will acknowledge your order by return e-mail, fax, phone or post.
